Rasha AlShubaian
The Founder
Rasha is an accredited ICF and Co-Active Coach from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with over 20 years of experience in youth development and the non-profit sector. She co-founded the pioneering Saudi Youth Volunteering Team, Sawaed Atheeb, in 2010, reflecting her long-standing commitment to empowering teens and young adults.
Raised in the U.S. and having lived in Turkey and now living in Bahrain, Rasha brings a culturally diverse perspective to her coaching practice. Her work is driven by a deep passion for guiding youth and women—particularly mothers—toward self-awareness and authentic living.

The Co-Founder
Faisal is a seasoned personal financial advisor with a profound commitment to helping individuals manage their finances and achieve peace of mind.
With over 15 years of experience in the financial industry, Faisal has developed robust expertise in creating personalized budgets and financial plans tailored to the unique needs and goals of his clients.
He firmly believes that effective financial management is the foundation of a fulfilling life, free from the burdens of financial stress. By combining deep knowledge with a disciplined approach, Faisal empowers his clients to take control of their financial futures. His passion for financial education and security continues to drive his pursuit of excellence in the field.
